The Guinness Partnership – Leaside Lock Phases 1, 2 & 3

Danescroft are delighted to be involved with The Guinness Partnership development at Leaside Lock, Bromley-by-Bow, delivering a total of 965 new homes over three phases.

Phase 1 is currently onsite and consists of 500 apartments across 5 buildings ranging from 9 to 28 storeys. Almost 50% of apartments will be affordable housing and includes approximately 40,000 sqft of retail, flexible commercial, community floorspace and a high quality public realm. The construction commenced in June 2019 with the first homes becoming available in the late summer 2021. Danescroft were appointed as Development Manager in December 2018
