Orchard Lea – A 22,000 sq ft office building on a mature site of 4.3 acres acquired for residential development. 

The building was occupied by Regus as serviced office. Following grant of vacant possession, detailed planning consent was obtained for 4  luxury houses and 10 new build apartments.

The site was sold to Newcourt Residential, who are currently on site building out the high quality scheme.
