A 40 acre site acquired unconditionally for a major residential development, comprising over 300 homes, a new secondary school and local centre.

Danescroft are working in collaboration with an adjacent landowner to bring forward the site as a major part of the Foxbridge Village allocation, itself part of the Swindon New Eastern Villages strategic allocation.
