Following the unconditional purchase of a 3 acre site, planning consent was obtained for the London Road Office Park development of 35,000 sq ft of Grade A offices and an 87 bedroom residential care home.

The site had previously been allocated for industrial/trade park use.

21,000 sq ft of standalone offices were successfully pre-let to local law firm Trethowans and the scheme was completed as a single phase including 13,500 sq ft of speculative offices in two buildings. The residential care home was sold to Cannon Capital for their own occupation.
