This 6.1 acre brownfield site was acquired unconditionally for residential development.

In order to enable the comprehensive development of the site, it was necessary to agree with the adjoining owner Southern Gas Networks, the revocation of their license to store hazardous substances.  This then enabled the team to progress a detailed planning application across the entire site for 192 new houses and apartments.

Following grant of consent, the site was sold to Bellway Homes and all planned units have now been completed and sold.
