Following the acquisition of this complex brownfield site, Danescroft headed up a group of 5 landowners in undertaking a comprehensive master-planning process to inform the production of a Supplementary Planning Document (“SPD”). 

This was then followed by a successful detailed planning application for 500 apartments and 38,000 sq ft of commercial accommodation.

The site was subsequently sold to Guinness Developments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Guinness Partnership), who have retained Danescroft Development Management LLP to manage the delivery of the scheme on their behalf. Demolition works have been completed and main building contract commenced at the beginning of June with Henry Construction as Principal Contractor.
