This complex brownfield site was acquired in 4 separate parcels to assemble the last undeveloped waterside site in the centre of West Drayton, to be brought forward for residential development.

Working with our professional team, we overcame a number of technical and site constraints to deliver a scheme comprising 86 apartments and 1 townhouse.

Following grant of detailed planning consent, we worked closely with Shepherds Bush Housing Group to conclude a Design And Build Contract, enabling the onward sale of the site to them as a full package deal.

Keep up to date

We’re pleased to announce that our #Danecroft #steptober team have come 3rd overall on the leaderboard for team sponsorship. With Paul Kucewicz MRICS coming 4th on the leader board for individual fund raising! Amazing effort from all involved. Well done team Danescroft!

RIP Milk & Honey London (April 2002 - September 2020).

The first recorded case of a business dying of curfew.

Thank you to all the brilliant people who’ve worked there and to all the lovely guests we looked after.
