This 24,000 sq ft residential and mixed-use building has been acquired in conjunction with GSP Real Estate. 

Danescroft are overseeing the repositioning and redevelopment of the building, to include the addition of 8,000 sq ft of new contemporary offices at ground floor level, the reconfiguration and refurbishment of all existing apartments and the construction of two new penthouse floors of apartments.
