The developments at 110/112/114 Middlesex Street was a 45,000 sq ft of Grade A offices were acquired in partnership with The Palmer Active Value Fund II for active management.

Following a substantial programme of refurbishment to the common parts and vacant office accommodation, Danescroft successfully regeared over 65% of the existing leases and relet all of the newly refurbished space at market leading rents.
