This 12 acre site in Rugby was acquired in joint venture with Highcross Strategic Advisors.

Danescroft were appointed as development managers by the JV and obtained detailed planning consent for 190,000 sq ft of Grade A offices and industrial. The construction works were then completed in a single phase within 18 months. Following the pre-letting of a 40,000 sq ft office building to a major telecommunications group the offices were handed over fully fitted on a turnkey basis.
