18/30 Clerkenwell Road was a residential and showroom investment in Clerkenwell which was purchased for active management. 

Danescroft recognised the potential for capital and rental growth afforded by the growing popularity of the area amongst showroom users, and leased 12,000 sq ft over three floors to Vitra as their principal UK showroom and offices. The remainder of the building was retained as residential.
