Following over two years of design development and extensive engagement with local stakeholders, Danescroft Land have recently submitted a detailed planning application for our 2.4 acre site on Imperial Street Bromley-by-Bow.  The scheme comprises 491 residential units together with 38,000 sq ft of commercial and community space.

The site forms part of the Bromley-by-Bow South regeneration area that will in total provide over 1,700 new homes and a new local centre.  Danescroft have been instrumental in preparing a detailed masterplan for the area together with the LLDC and other local landowners.

Located immediately adjacent to Bromley-by-Bow Tube Station, the development of this gateway site will form the first phase of the regeneration of the wider area.
