David Civil is a chartered surveyor with over 20 years experience in the UK property development industry.

Prior to forming Danescroft, he was a development surveyor with Speyhawk Plc and Canary Wharf where he gained valuable experience in all aspects of the development process.

Ray Palmer, formerly chief executive of Lambert Smith Hampton, provides substantial financial backing to Danescroft Commercial Developments Limited through his company Palmer Capital Partners (PCP).

Practising as a specialist property merchant bank, Palmer Capital Partners is a venturecapital and fund management house specializing here in the UK property market. In addition to PCP’s financial support, Ray provides the company with a wealth of knowledge and contacts encompassing the entire UK property industry.

Dominic Fryer

Dominic is a surveyor with over 14 years experience in UK property and development. Having started his career working in construction he moved into consultancy and then to Bass in 1996.

He spent over 8 years with Bass working in property acquisitions and development providing a supply of sites for the branded organic growth of the listed company.

Duncan Ford is a Chartered Planning and Development surveyor with experience of both commercial and residential property development.

Prior to joining Danescroft, Duncan worked as both a consultant at Rapleys Chartered Surveyors, and as a principle at Countryside Properties Plc. Recognising that the modern planning system is placing ever-greater emphasis on the creation of sustainable, mixed-use development, Duncan continues to build on his close relationships with landowners, and particularly house builders, to pursue a number of emerging niche sectors. These include neighbourhood shopping centres and care homes.
