As a significant equity participant and overall development manager for Azure Property LLP, Danescroft acquired and redeveloped 104 former Texaco petrol filling stations. Over 85 new Somerfield convenience stores and Texaco branded forecourts have been created. Danescroft completed this major and diverse roll out within 18 months with a total construction spend of £49million and as many as 25 projects on site at any one time. In addition valuable planning consents for alternative use were obtained on a number of sites.
Successful Joint Ventures have also been completed with Lookers Plc, Jardine Motor Group, Aldi and Big Yellow.
