Planning consent for 190,000 sq ft of Grade A offices and industrial units was obtained on this 12 acre site, previously allocated for restricted B1 use. The scheme was completed in joint venture with Highcross Srategic Advisors and was constructed as a single phase, following the pre-letting of 40,000 sq ft of offices to a major telecommunications group.
