A mixed use development comprising 77 residential apartments and 8,000 sq ft of ground floor retail and A3 accommodation. 71 apartments were sold to Capital Invest Limited to provide fully serviced apartments, with the remaining units sold to the Waterloo Housing Association. The ground floor units were let to AF Blakemore (Spar) and to Café Soya and sold to a private investor. The scheme was completed and all elements let or sold within 15 months.
