Cirrus Park, Northampton

A new business park comprising 50,000 sq ft of office and industrial units within the established Moulton Park Estate in Northampton. Completed as a single phase, all units have been successfully let or sold to a range of owner occupiers and investors. Funding was provided by the Close Fifth Special Opportunities Fund.
