110,000 sq ft of high profile offices with ground floor retail units acquired in partnership with The Palmer Active Value Fund for active management. The offices are leased to BAe systems and have been the subject of recent improvements to the entrance lobby and car parking areas. Retail units have been reconfigured with a new 3,000 sq ft unit recently leased to Tesco Express, and further improvements in tenant mix proposed.
