As part of a joint venture arrangement with Persimmon Homes, Danescroft agreed to forward-purchase the ground floor retail accomodation within this mixed-use scheme. Practical completion was achieved in December 2005, and lettings were agreed with Community Dental Centres Limited and Wokswagon. The investment was subsequently sold to Holwood Investments.

In addition to helping house builders honour their Section 106 obligations and providing their purchasers with some valued local amenities, Danescroft's early commitment to such projects can provide valuable design input and effectively de-risk the commercial element(s).
