The Exchange, Stansted Mountfitchet

Danescroft recognised the potential for the change of use and refurbishment of this former car showroom located adjacent to Stansted Mountfitchet railway station. The site was acquired unconditionally and detailed planning consent obtained to create four high quality individual office units. The scheme benefits from its excellent communication links by both road and rail to Stansted airport and Central London. Construction works are due to complete in October 2006 and considerable interest has already been received in a number of the units. The development is funded by the Palmer Noble Fund.
