The Development of a 1970's office and retail building to create improved retail units and 15 residential apartments. The completed retail units have been leased to Anglian Windows, Halfords and Blockbuster Retail. A previously uninspiring 1970's office building has been remodelled including the construction of an additional floor of accommodation to create 15 residential apartments. The completed units have been sold on a turnkey basis to the Stort Valley Housing Association to provide key-worker apartments.
