A joint venture with Persimmon Homes to create 7 ground floor retail units immediately adjacent to Maidstone hospital. The schemes location adjacent to the hospital has generated considerable interest in the units, the largest of which has already been pre-let to Tesco Express. The completed retail units will be available from July 2007.
