London Road, Salisbury

Following lengthy planning negotiations, detailed consent has been granted for the development of Salisbury's first office park. Comprising 35,000 sq ft of air conditioned offices in 4 units, the scheme will provide fully specified air-conditioned offices of a quality not previously available in the area. The largest unit comprising 21,500 sq ft has been pre-let to Trethowans solicitors for their new headquarters.

Planning consent has also been obtained for an 87 bedroom care home. Whilst the site is allocated in the Local Plan for B class use, we were able to persuade the Planning Authority of both the need for additional care home beds in the City together with the high level of new job opportunities created.

Construction work commenced in March 2007.
