Dean House, Dean Street, Birmingham

Completion of this mixed use development comprising 77 residential apartments and 8,000 sq ft of ground floor commercial accommodation provided an important element in the regeneration of the markets quarter in central Birmingham.

71 of the residential units were pre-sold to Capital Invest Limited to provide fully serviced apartments. The remaining affordable units were sold to the Waterloo Housing Association. The ground floor accommodation was successfully let to AF Blakemore (Spar) and Café Soya with the resultant investment sold to a private investor.

Demonstrating our ability to understand and implement complex mixed use developments, Danescroft were able to realise the requirements of both private and social housing investors and commercial occupiers and investors. Working closely with our professional team, the scheme was completed and all elements sold within 15 months.
