CIU House, Highbury Corner, London N1

A joint venture with The Club Institute Union to extend and upgrade their headquarters offices overlooking Highbury Corner in Islington. Danescroft obtained planning consent to extend and convert the ground floor and basement to create two large retail units. Following the completion of a complex refurbishment, these were leased to J D Wetherspoon plc and McDonald's Restaurants Limited and the resultant investment sold on to private clients of Mehgraj.

Under the terms of the joint venture Danescroft created a new reception area for The Club Institute Union and funded the extensive refurbishment and upgrade of their upper floor offices.
