Central Park Local Centre, Rugby

Under a development agreement with Aldi Stores, Danescroft are completing the development of the Central Park Local Centre in Rugby. Following completion of the Aldi Store for their own occupation, Danescroft have now commenced the construction of the adjacent retail parade and 24 residential apartments.

All of the apartments have been pre-sold and there is already strong interest in the ground floor retail accommodation. Working closely with Aldi and our contractors, has enabled construction to continue without impacting on the continued trading of the new Aldi store. The scheme is due to complete in July 2007.
