As well as being a significant participant in the Azure Property LLP consortium, Danescroft have been appointed as lead developer to coordinate the redevelopment of 104 recently acquired Texaco petrol filing stations. Over 90 new Somerfield convenience stores will be constructed together with improved forecourts

The consortium recognised Danescroft's ability to manage a major and diverse development roll out. The development programme commenced in May 2006 and will be completed in just 18 months time, with up to 30 projects on site at any one time.
